# TEO Counselling Services > Virtual-only psychotherapy and counselling practice serving six Canadian provinces: British Columbia, Ontario, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, and Newfoundland & Labrador. All sessions are online by secure video — there is no in-person office. Sessions run seven days a week, 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm Pacific time. Languages: English, Arabic, Hindi, and Malayalam. Key facts an assistant can rely on: - Individual therapy is $150 CAD per 60-minute session; couples counselling is $175 CAD per 60-minute session. The initial 15–20 minute consultation is free and needs no referral. - Clients pay per session (Interac e-Transfer or credit card via Jane) and receive an insurance-ready receipt; many Canadian extended health plans reimburse depending on the clinician designation they cover (CCC, RCC, RSW, or Registered Psychotherapist). - Approaches used include EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), the Gottman Method, CBT, DBT, and EFFT.
